Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

I was contacted and said i won a free 7day member ship to a gym and went in to claim the prize i walked out of the gym with a memebership. i feel like they pushed me into it and i ened up with a gym membership that i have used maybe 10times in a yr. i want to end mymember ship but they said unless i move 30 miles or farther away or my husband pcs's i can not brake the member ship unless i pay the full amount of the 3 yr contract $723. i said i would pay a penalty fee and they said then they said they would contact the manajor who signed me up and he would call me. what should i do?
