Legal Question in Technology Law in North Carolina

Online slander and harrasment?

Hi, I purchased and item on ebay not even worth anything 3 bucks. I never recieved my items so I left negative the guy says he sent them and 2 sets plus refund. Like I said never got anything so I left him feedback and was calling it done, came to terms I lost my 3 bucks. He comes back with follow up feedback where he has made a website with my full name, email address, and physical address. Not to mention a bunch of fake emails he has constructed. I have all my emails we have ever sent they are very harrasing I have told him to stop emailing and contacting me and he continues. Ebay removed the link from the feedback because it violated my privacy and their policy.

is the website he created. I have contacted yahoo (GeoCities) they are yet to respond but they have a section in their policy that says in no way can anyone display personal information without consent. I dont care about the website I just wont my information taken off. What do you think?
