Equable Ascent Financial has filed a suit in General Sessions Court in Knoxville, TN and I live in North Carolina. What do I need to do?

You need to find an attorney to help you defend the suit in Tennessee or else they will get a judgment in Tennessee and possibly transfer it to NC.
