Hi:
The question presented is impossible to answer based upon the facts presented and not knowing where the offenses occurred and what jurisdiction the present offense is pending. That being said, all the States are very serious about enforcing drug laws, and this person's repeat offender status does not stand well with the present court.
I would strongly recommend that you retain counsel in this matter, to try and work a miracle to obtain a satisfactory plea agreement.
