Legal Question in Education Law in North Carolina
Does a private college in NC have the right to contract with a particular book supplier and then make it mandatory that students participate even when they are able to get books much cheaper from a different source?

As long as they make this rule know, yes they can. The key is what are the consequences if you do buy the books elsewhere?
