Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

My husband has been"dating" an old enemy of mine from a past organization at which I worked many years ago. He now tells me SHE is suing ME! I aske why and he said: "I don't know, just to make a living, I guess!" I say I HAVE THE BEST REASON TO SUE HER, not the reverse of that. What legal ground could she have for suing me???? I have plenty: alienation of affection, undue influence, personal pain and emotional distress.....

When or if you get served with a complaint it will state the legal grounds you are being sued on (assuming it is drafted properly). Otherwise you can either ask her out right or simply not worry until there is something to worry about. Best of luck!
