$50 seems very low - even if he has no income. Go to your local child support enforcement office and have a proper child support amount calculated and enforced - this should not cost you anything. As to the visitation problems, if you do not already have a court order or written agreement you will likely need to involve the court to get him to do right. If you do have a court order or other written agreement that addresses visitation and he is violating the terms - you can go to court to get the order or agreement enforced. Bottomline is it sounds like he still commands a great deal of control over you even after 4 years of being apart. Stop letting this deadbeat bully you - stand up for yourself, consult with an attorney you are comfortable with and put him in his place.
