Of course, you have a marital interest in the car so if you and your husband can not come to an agreement about who should get the car an uder what terms - you can have the Court make that decision for you. But basically, as things stand now he can take the car if he wants as long as he doesn't breach the peace to do it. So what you need to do is keep it in a locked garage and / or invest in one of those 'club' anti-theft devices (do they even still make those things). Anyhoo, best of luck to you!
