Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

My daughter was tricked into signing a withdrawal form from an organization and now the organization is refusing to give her a copy. What are my legal options

The attorney will need to know:

1. What type of organization

2. Is your daughter a minor

3. Why was she asked to sign a withdrawal

4. Are there financial concerns...among other questions

I agree with Ken but I would add it seems from your description that at least someone perhaps a lot of someone's don't want your daughter in the organization and if that's the case, why bother with trying to fight it have your daughter around people who don't want her there even if its a small group of people - and if you aren't trying to fight it, why do you care if you have a copy or not? So if the stakes are worth it - go consult with a local attorney otherwise simply finding a new hobby or new organization to join may be a better option
