Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

I was served process that is incomplete. The complaint listed against me was cut off on the first page and the paperwork does not include the second page. Is that a violation of due process?

If you could prove that it was intentionally done...maybe. But its also possible that the papers were damaged. I am not sure I would spend my time on that.

I would get a full copy of the complaint from the Court and prepare a proper answer.
