Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in North Carolina

Tennant Took lease I don't have it anymore and they have breached it . but I don't have anything to go buy . I also left house furnishied with pool tables fridge washer dryer dish washer etc and I heard through a mutual friend that if they ever leave they will take everything I left there but it was listed in my lease that those where mine . I have pictures to prove of all these things before and after they moved in but what do I do and what would be the best way to go about getting them out

I am assuming that you as the landlord are saying that you didn't keep a copy of the lease.

If that is the case, you will not be able to win a breach of the lease case. To win a breach of the lease case, you need to have a lease to present in Court. If they filed to pay rent, send them a 10 day notice and if they don't pay, you can evict them for that.

Otherwise, you will have to wait until the lease is over, if you remember the date, and just give notice that you are not renewing it.
