No. It depends on the forum. Juries are held in most civil matters in Superior or District Court.

Juries do not hear most domestic (divorce, alimony, child custody matters), there are also no juries in small claims court.

Finally, no juries are held in matters outside of court such as unemployment benefit hearings.
