Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

Can you be held countable for the old lease? If you haven't signed a new leases?? Can you be evicted without a new lease or On the old lease? If you don't not sign a lease what you held a countable for??

I assume you are saying you had a lease. The term (starting and ending date) of the lease has passed. In those situations, unless your lease stated otherwise, the entire lease is still in force, except for the term. Yes, you can be evicted if you breach the lease, or if the landlord gives proper notice to ask you to leave.
