Your rights against sexual harassment are protected by federal law. However, this law is to protect the employee from being harassed while at work. If you are not the target of the unwelcome sexual advances/comments/conduct, your rights are more limited. If you are the target of these acts, you should report the actions according to your employee handbook's instructions. If you do not know who to contact, send a letter to HR and the supervisor above the harasser. If your employer does not investigate and remedy the problem, contact your local EEOC office to file a charge.
