How do I get out of this?

It is rare to be charged with just no insurance. Usually it is combination with what ever else got you stopped in the first place (unless you got stopped at a road block) Anywho, if you are charged with having no insurance, it is pretty much common sense that the way out of that problem is to get insurance on your car.
