In an accepted claim, you can receive lifetime benefits. However, insurance companies will do just about anything to get rid of you as quickly and cheaply to themselves as possible.

I have claims which have been open since 1987. If the carrier doesn't pay enough to settle fairly, we just let them pay forever. You do not have to settle your case for a lump sum. This works both ways because they do not have to pay a settlement.

Speak to an experienced attorney right away. Don't forget you may also be entitled to Social Security Disability. Check our site: www.ncdisability.com and follow the links for more information. Best, George Lennon
