Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina

i have been out of wotk for 11months. judge ordered this company to pay for all the time i been out of work. the judge ordered them to on oct 9th and they still have not payed my lawyer has no idea when i will get payed. do i need to get another lawyer im lost here.
