Misspelled Information

If I received a charge of Crimanl Mischief, but on the ticket I got, it has my middle name, city and zip/postal code all missplelled, is that ticket still valid?

Of course it is. How would justice be served by letting something as trivial as spelling errors decide who wins? Since the officer handed you the ticket, why should it matter whether he knew how to spell your name and address? Unless the spelling was so atrocious that you have no idea what you're charged with, it doesn't make a difference.
