child custody

i have recently had our divorced finalized. we have already had a custody agreement in place. i am with a new woman and we are gettin married. now my x is refusing to follow the custody agreement that is in writing. she will not allow me to take my daughter for my visitation and i not allowing me to speak with her on the phone either.

If there is a court order, and your ex refuses to follow it, then your remedy is a contempt action. If you are correct, then file this right away, yesterday.
