Liability

My daughter broke her leg while at the babysitters house. Should her homeowner's insurance pay for the medical expenses? Babysitter doesn't seem to think so and our health insurance is due to expire soon.

Great question. It depends. You have to look at the insurance policy in place at the time of the accident. Other factors may also come into place such as 1) how she broke her leg and 2) what type (if any) liability policy the babysitter has.
