Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Legal counsel for startup company
I am currently developing a new company that will operate on the internet as well as offline. I have several legal concerns (for example, details of my affiliate marketing programs, disclaimers, etc).
1. Are there attorneys who would reveiw a business plan, and represent me for partial ownership in the company with no out of pocket cost - and if so, how can I find them.
2. What kind of cost am I looking at for basic legal advice and reveiw of my planned business procedures before 'going live'?

I would consider doing some work in exchange for a share of the company if I knew more detail of the operation. Please advise.
