I have a legal judgement for a considerable amount of money. Can I lein a possible inheridance to secure the funds?

If there is a probate estate, you cannot execute on the expectation of the beneficiary, because his expectation is just that, an expectation, not property, but if you wait until the distribution, or even the order for final distribution, you may. Certainly once the funds are in his possession, presumably an account, you could execute on that fund.
