Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio

Consumer Rights after Foreclosure

I defaulted on my home loan, then filed a ''right of redemption'' with the county clerk of courts over 60 days ago so that I could try and obtain financing. Now, I have a friend who has agreed to co-sign so that I can save my home, but I have not received any return calls from my bank. The bank bought my house when it was was sold at the sheriff's auction over 3 months ago, but I have not received any notice since then. Do I have any rights as far as still trying to buy it? The total penalty I owe is over $50K; my original downpayment was approximately $40K; I paid 3 years of a 30 year mortgage before defaulting. The market value is approximately $185K. I look forward to your help.
