Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I received a certified letter in the mail. I was not at home , but on the pink slip, the senders name said Court. Could this be from a bill collector or does this always mean that the court system sent this ?

It more than likely is a court that a lawsuit was filed against you. If you saw the name of the court go online to the clerk of courts for that court and check the docket for your name. If there is a suit pending it will show there.
