Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Recieved a Judgement, how can I collect it?

I just recieved a judgement in small claims court for

unpaid childcare fees totaling just under 800.00. I have

been made aware that the defendant is not ''interested''

in paying this judgement. What happens next? Do I get

an attorney, and if I do will I be able to make her pay for

those charges?

You can garnish the persons wages, attach her property, or levy on it to pay off the judgment. Attorneys fees are not generally available, but the judgment does earn interest at 10% annually. Let me know at [email protected] if I can help further.
