Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My brother was arrested on an Ohio grand jury indictment of two accounts of fourth degree felony theft gaming charges in Louisiana and is awaiting extradition to Ohio. Several people involved in a casino card fixing scam amounting to 25 grand. He seems to be in prison limbo. Can he request bail or some kind of bond release in order to turn himself in in Ohio?

You haven't told us what state your brother is in, and you posted your question under Ohio law. It's actually about the laws of whichever state is holding him.
