Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was caught shop lifting and forgot i was not suppose to come back. i went in got a prescription filled when i was leaving he stopped me told me to leave i recieved a summons for criminal trespass will i go to jail?

depends on your criminal history and the judge that you go in front of. Are you still on probation? If so it could be a violation of the terms and conditions of your probation.
