Disorderly Conduct

Two friends are walking from a bar. Both friends are intoxicated. As they are walking across a bridge with river below, Friend 1 decides to jump into the river from the bridge.Friend 2 decides to jump after he notices that Friend 1 does not appear ok.Friend 2 jumps and discovers Friend 1 is ok.Both friends exit the river and Friend 1 disappears.Friend 2 is met by officers of the law at the top of the river bank.Friend 2 explains the reason he jumped to the officer.Friend 2 is very frustrated to know where Friend 1 is,concerned with his health and safety. The officer seems to think Friend 2 is talking back, the officer then handcuffs and arrests Friend 2.Friend 2 posed no threat to anyone nor anything.Friend 2 is at the police station where he refuses BAC test (breathalyzer).Friend 2 is charged with disorderly conduct and thenreleased.Friend 1's charges are not known, but remained in jail without release.1st question: How serious a charge is disorderly conduct?2nd question: Does Friend 2 have a good reason to plead not guilty? If not, what is the best plea for Friend 2?3rd question: What can most likely be expected for the outcome of this situation?
