Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my husband has charges against him for domestic violance against his ex wife that was not true...in fear he ran because of it..he now talks to her due to there kids..this happend 3 years ago...what can be done to help him get the charges dropped and prove she filed a false report..

It depends on what stage of the case he was in when he ran. He needs to get money together for an attorney and bond. Then his attorney would schedule hos arraignment If he was never jarraigned, it os possible to get a lower bond. Once he turns himself in, the stages of criminal procedure will move forward and the case can be evaluated by his attorney as to whether the case has a chance for success at trial.
