Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

My son is in Jail in Ohio with a Felony 5

My son is in Cuy. County jail serving a concurrent term of 6 mos for M1 Assault and F5 Aggravated Theft. He had a Trafficking Offense that was nolled. He declined counsel and had to sign a waiver but then plead guilty vs not guilty. He had issues in two different cities; so the other sentence was for criminal misdemeanor (breaking into a car). How does he get early probation? What does he have to do? He is 19 years old and never been in jail before. Thank you.

Hopefully he has availed himself of all the programs there, because he can file for judicial release after 90 days...the time constraints are very restrictive so be careful....you almost definitely need a lawyer to do this...feel free to contact me directly for any more guidance....216.952.1990
