Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

Driving under suspension

A friend of mine was pulled over for DUI and her license was suspended until her court date. She was just recently pulled over while taking her babysitter home, not for DUI but for driving under suspension. What kind of punishment is she possibly looking at? Please help us out.

Thank you.

Re: Driving under suspension

The big question is whether it was within 15 days of her orginal arrest, unless she refused to blow in the breathalyzer, then the time is 30 days.

If the time from her orginal arrest to this latest charge is more than the 15 or 30 days, then the judge should understand, because she was eligible to get driving privileges.

She should get privileges immediately anyway.
