Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I had just moved to ohio last year I havent even been here a year and I have had 3 dui I got my first one on may 30th 2009 my second on july 11th 2009 and another one on febuary 20th 2010 my question is I have not been to court yet for the second one I am due to go on march 3rd 2010 The officer that pulled me over the other night was to believe that was my second offense because I have not been convicted of it yet If I go to court on Febuary 25th for the third and plea out will they even know this is actually my third Im not sure what to do
