is ovmauc considered a prior dui?

When I was 18 i was convicted of (operating a motor vehicle after underage consumption). I am now 25 and got a 0VI. Will this be considered my 1st offense?

This is a very important question, but it cannot be answered correctly based on the information you gave. It depends on how the first ticket was written, whether it was amended and if so how it was amended, and how this most recent ticket was written.

OVI is such a serious offense that you should not even consider doing this without an attorney -- and this is a question that your attorney needs to answer after reviewing all of the records and discussing the facts with you. It is simply not possible to give you a good answer in the limited format we have here.
