underage consumption
i just got a letter in the mail saying i am to appear in court for an underage consumption charge that happened march 2 2006. i got the letter on december 26 2006. i could be wrong but isnt the statue of limitations up for this case?

It might be. What are the circumstances of the offense and under what section of the revised code are you charged?
