Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I asked for a modification of the child support order that is arrears only, child is an adult. My income has decreased some and the other party is working 2-3 jobs. They asked for my income and not hers, is this normal? Wouldn't they have to calculate both incomes?

Since they are only collecting arrears and not ongoing support it does not matter what the other party's income is, only yours. Both incomes are used to only set the support figure.
