Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Butler County Divorce Court Open to Public

Is the divorce court in butler county open to the public? Can I sit in the court and watch/listen to judges' ruling of divorce cases in butler county OH? If so, where is the court located and do I need appointment for that?

I would like to see how the process works and to see some atterneys argue their clients' cases in person.

Thanks much.

All courts, with the exception of Grand Jury indictments are open to the public. You certainly can go down and just walk inside the court room. I do not know where Butler County's domestice court is, but if you google it, I'm sure you can find it. No appointment is needed.
