cash settlement

I was to receive a cash settlement when our divorce was final, 5/5/09. now 2 months later i still have nothing..I didn't get a lawyer

Sound like your ex may be in contempt of a court order to pay out this settlement if this is in your judgment entry. You might want an attorney to help you with this.
