Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

change of jurisdiction

I lived in Ca. and got the court to give me permission to move out of state. I now live in Oh. it has been over a year. I have always had custody of my child and the father has no visitation. How do I go about changing the jurisdiction from ca. to oh.? Help
