WHILE YOU ARE MARRIED YOU HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS TO THE CHILDREN. THEREFORE, THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOU FROM LEAVING HIM WITH YOUR DAUGHTER. IF THERE IS ABOUSE CONTACT THE LOCAL BATTERED WOMEN'S SHELTER.
