Child suport
My son lost his job last year, but since has obtain another, but at lesser pay. He has submitted request for modification for child support, but the childs mother (they were never married) has not provided her documentation to the CSEA and has had the administrative hearing date change twice, just to delay the modification. The 3rd date is set for April, my sons car is subject for reposition it this doesn't get settled. How many times can she pospone their decision before CSEA takes action?

Contact CSEA about this. Appear at the hearing with the documentation showing all the attempts you made at contacting the child's mother, along with the other documentation you need to prove your son's surrent financial situation.
