Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am a deployed soldier in Iraq, my 8 month pregnant fiancee and I split up after meeting someone else. She says she does not want me in the baby's life, and he will not get my last name. It is possible the baby is not mine, but if he is, what legal rights do I have to see him once i return home, and how do i make sure my son gets MY last name instead of hers?
