Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

divorce?

All we have is a mariage lisence through union county ohio. it says void after 60 days we have been ''married'' for almost a year now and things arent workin out. i am wondering if this lisence is keeping us married or if we are not even married and just living together because we think that we are still married? PLEASE HELP and we have no kids together or any assets together or seperate.

A marriage is only valid if it was performed by a minister/clergyman properly licensed in the State of Ohio, and the license signed by him/her and filed in the probate court of the county where the ceremony was performed. Based on the facts you have given, your marriage is NOT valid.
