Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Divorce

I've been married 9 years. We recently purchased a home, however, my husband only put his name on the deed. In the divorce, what are my chances of getting the house. I have 4 children, I work, he does'nt and has committed adultery numerous times throughout the marriage along with a history of abuse. I am filing for full custody of the children, however, will ask for the house for me and the kids as well. What are my chances and is the house still considered half mine even though he put just his name on the deed without my knowledge.

Re: Divorce

The home will be considered a marital asset unless he can prove that his money alone purchased it, that he alone made improvements, and that he alone paid for maintenance and utilities.
