drop child support

My ex and I have discussed about dropping back child support I owe. Her and I agree on the matter and would like to clear the remaining debt. What would be our first step in getting the process started?

It needs to be handled through court, the court you started with. If you can't afford an attorney, start with your child enforcement support agency.
