Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Family law

My son and I have lived with my boyfriend for 15 months, he is out of town for two months in California for work. I do not work and I do not have a vehicle of my own. I drive his car to get my son to and from school, grocery and neccesities only. He has decided he's mad and cancelled his bank card that I use leaving me with absolutely no money and wants to have his parents come here and take the car keys away from me. Can he legally do all this?? Do I leagally have to hand the keys over??

Re: Family law

Yes, unless your name is also on the bank account, in which case you need to get your own card. If you're name's not on the car title, you can't keep it.
