Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My father and Mother wrote a will fall 0f 2014. My sister and I were in the will and our 2 brothers were not. My father died Feb 1025. Our brothers want $, and took our mother to add them to the will. The boys have cost my parents thousands of $ over the last 40 years(stolen, pawned, lied, scammed). My father wanted them out of the will and my mother agreed. Pressure from the boys made her include them this week. My sister is the executor and has POA. Can we legally exclude our brothers as my father wished.

If you father was competent when he wrote the will, they are out. If your sister is the executor she is the one to make the decision, not your mother. Tell your sister to follow your dad's wishes.
