Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Re: New Hire Reporting and Child Support Arrears

My child is 22 yrs. old and my ex is in $9K arrears. He was disabled and court lowered his payment to $50/mo. He pays on time, every month. I have since heard that he got a job out of state. Even though he pays, there are arrears. Will new hire reporting automatically garnish his wages for more than the $50/mo. or do I need to go to court to file for a new order, increasing his monthly payment? Or is the limit the $50/mo he already pays, and since he pays it, no wage withholding will happen?
