woman with two children marries

woman owns home, new husband moves in after three months there are serious problems, wife asks husband to move, he refuses, what

Assuming the marriage is legal, the woman is going to have to go to domestic relations court and file papers. Probably divorce proceedings! The Court will most likely issue a restraining order and the man will have to move out.

The answer may not be that simple. It does depend on the facts. Your best bet is to talk directly to an attorney. If you have a prenuptial agreement it should be covered in that. If not-get one next time! Pre-nuptial agreements should be used more often than they are. If you have already been through a divorce, there is no excuse for DOING IT again without some protection!

If you have an attorney-call him or her right away! If you don't have an attorney I am good to talk to for a few minutes anyway! No charge or obligation!
