Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I live in Ohio & my boyfriend lives in Alabama. He is in the process of divorcing his soon to be ex. She got a pic of me off of his phone & says she will sue me for money. The pic was of me naked waist down. Can she do this?

Absolutely not. Anybody can file a suit but it would be thrown out of court.
