In Ohio, can an assistant prosecuting attorney also serve as a private attorney in a child custody case?

Some court systems, especially mayors courts, but sometimes muni and even common pleas, do hire private attorneys on a contract basis to prosecute cases within their jurisdictions. These attorneys often have side practices as well, and it is possible for one of these attorneys to do domestic relations law.
